The Enterprise II - Aspirating Mixer functions as an axial flow propeller pump within a scientifically designed pump volute. It actively propels a substantial volume of water past the four patented multi-purpose vanes, significantly increasing the velocity of the propelled fluids. The vanes serve as flow straighteners and remain open on the low-pressure side. The mixer draws air into the air plenum, integrating it with the liquid stream. The convergence of air and liquid within the nozzle chamber fosters intimate turbulent contact, resulting in the creation of an emulsion comprising oxygen-charged liquid. This oxygen-enriched emulsion discharges into the main water body. Features: - Features Baldor 3-phase continuous duty motor - Horizontal flow - No mechanical icing problems - 4" diameter venturi tube air intake - Blower adaptability for additional airflow - 8" Diameter propellers - 95% of unit weight below surface insuring stability Mounting Options Mast Mount: Optional 304SS motor support fits a 4" square tube mast. For installation in concrete or steel tank basins, this method of installation incorporates a stainless steel fixed mounted guide rail. The unit rotates at any angle with dual-purpose upper support and rotational base plate. The jib boom, supplied with a manual marine winch, allows the unit to be raised or lowered for variable depth operation. Float Mount: The optional pontoon floating mount proves ideal for lagoons, wastewater, and oxidation ditches, as well as ponds, lakes, and areas with fluctuating water levels. Uses polystyrene foam-filled stainless steel pontoons, adjustable to maximum 5' depth at various angles.
