Constructed entirely on porous, sandy soil this 2.7 surface acre lake is a unique water body. Water is supplied to the lake via a single groundwater well.
Natural Waterscapes provided pre-design consulting services, design, construction management, and installation of a variety of components including 3.2 acres of seamed EPDM Rubber Liner, automated water level-well pump control system, recirculation system with skimmer intakes for debris removal, a 4 diffuser bottom aeration system, and aquatic habitat.

- Natural Rock Waterfall
- Sand Beach
- Zipline over the water
- Boathouse
